What happens when my trial is over?

The trial is risk-free, so don’t worry about auto upgrades. After your free trial, your access to the app stops but your data stay stored. Subscribe to continue right where you left off and unlock even more achievements!

How many people can train with one subscription?

One subscription includes a single profile. Get the extra family plan on top of your subscription to grant access to up to 2 family members and enjoy virtual indoor rowing together. The family plan is only available when subscribing via the EXR website . Your subscription's total pricing including the family plan will be shown at the check-out.

Can I use my subscription on all my devices?

Yes, because EXR works cross-platform. This means that your account and performance data are synced on all your devices. Just make sure that you use EXR on only one device at a time.

Can I take a break from EXR?

Yes, anytime! EXR subscriptions renew automatically. You are charged for your subscription at your chosen rate. To prevent the automatic renewal, stop your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle. Resubscribe whenever you feel like training with EXR again. Check your next billing date and manage your subscription via your EXR web profile.
