What is the free trial?

The free trial is a flexible 5 day period in which you can test all of EXR’s features for free. Because rest days are important and training routines are the most effective when you follow them at your own pace, only days you row with EXR are counted as trial days.

For example, you can train like a champion for 2 days in a row and then take a rest day. On your rest day, no free trial day is counted, so you still have 3 to finish your weekly routine. During and after the trial, you can always upgrade and subscribe to EXR. All free trial days that are still left are automatically added to your membership.
