EXR doesn't run smoothly
EXR is an innovative app that is constantly tested, improved, and updated. Usually, the app displays a high-quality 3D environment, is responsive, and runs smoothly.
When using outdated hardware, it is possible that performance errors such as lags, low framerates or frozen graphics occur. The easiest solution is to switch to a device that is in line with the hardware requirements.
In general, to improve stability we recommend the following steps:
- Lower the video settings. You find the video settings in the options menu (cogwheel in the bottom right corner).
- Update EXR and your device’s operating system.
- Restart your device.
Naturally, we are continuously working on ensuring smooth rowing sessions for as many devices as possible.
