How to connect your rowing machine
Most rowing machines can connect to EXR. Officially supported rowing machines include brands such as Concept2, WaterRower, RP3, FluidRower, Merach, Domyos and more. EXR can also connect to many other Bluetooth rowing machines that use the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) protocol.

How to connect your rowing machine to EXR
The exact connection process depends on your rowing machine. Select your brand above for instructions specific to your rower.
In general, make sure your rowing machine is switched on or active and Bluetooth is enabled on the device running EXR. Open EXR's connection screen, search for your rowing machine and select it to establish the connection.

Bluetooth rowers (FTMS)
EXR connects to many rowing machines via Bluetooth using the Fitness Machine Service protocol (FTMS). All FTMS rowers are compatible, which means they are discoverable when you search for them via EXR's connection screen.
Many FTMS rowers are unsupported, which means that smooth gameplay and accurate statistics are not guaranteed. This may lead to your leaderboard entries automatically getting removed by our anti-cheat system.
Brands of unsupported rowing machines do not cooperate with EXR, which means that support questions are best directed at the brand.
