Connect my Stil-Fit Flow One
EXR is currently supported on the Stil-Fit’s Flow One which connects via Bluetooth.
How to connect via Bluetooth:
- Activate your rowing machine’s Bluetooth by pulling its handle or tapping on its screen. The home screen should be visible on your rower's display.
- Open EXR's connection screen and click on Connect rower. Select your rower from the list of available machines and wait until you're connected.
- Select Finish setup to start your workout.
Don’t try to establish a connection while your rower indicates an active training session. If the rower’s screen shows an external connection, close EXR and try to connect again.
