In case EXR crashes before you reach the menu, try these solutions:
- Update EXR and your operating system.
- Restart your device.
- Uninstall and reinstall EXR.
- Change the video settings to low.
Incremental backups prevent data loss in case EXR crashes during a session. When restarting the app, you will be asked whether you want to save the session. You can manage your sessions' data by accessing your past sessions.
Especially when using outdated hardware, performance errors such as lags, low framerates or crashes can occur. Naturally, we are continuously working on ensuring entertaining rowing sessions for as many devices as possible.
