How to unlock the EXR 5th birthday loyalty items
Celebrate EXR’s 5th birthday with a special set of loyalty items. During our birthday celebration from September 9 through September 13, 2026, you can unlock the complete set simply by rowing with EXR.
What are the EXR birthday loyalty items?
The birthday loyalty items are a limited set of items created to celebrate EXR’s 5th birthday.
The set includes:
- A Loyalty Crown
- A Loyalty Suit
- Loyalty Oars
Once you’ve completed a rowing session during our birthday week, the loyalty items are automatically unlocked on your account, you don’t need to buy them to unlock them. From September 14, 2026, the complete birthday loyalty set will be permanently unlocked when you purchase a yearly EXR subscription.
How can I unlock the birthday loyalty items?
Between September 9 and September 13 2026, complete one rowing session in the EXR app to unlock the full birthday loyalty set. Once you meet the requirement, the complete birthday loyalty set will be unlocked automatically.
You can find the Loyalty Crown, Loyalty Suit and the Loyalty Oars among your customization items.
What changes on September 14th?
The birthday rowing offer ends after September 13, 2026.
From September 14, 2026, completing a rowing session will no longer unlock the birthday loyalty items. Instead, the complete birthday loyalty set will be permanently unlocked when you purchase a yearly EXR subscription.
What happens if I refund my yearly subscription?
If your first yearly subscription ends because of a refund, the birthday loyalty items will be removed from your account again.
I completed a rowing session during the birthday week, but I didn't receive the items
If you completed a valid session between September 9 and September 13, 2026, but the birthday loyalty items don't appear, first restart EXR and check your customization items again.
If the items are still missing, please contact EXR Support. Include the email address linked to your EXR account and, if possible, details of the session.
I purchased a yearly subscription, but I didn't receive the items
If you purchased a yearly EXR subscription on or after September 14, 2026 and the birthday loyalty items don't appear, restart EXR and check your customization items.
